I have been married to a Tica ( Costa Rica woman ) for 7 years now, we reside in the San Isidro de Perez Zeledon area of southern C.R. San Isidro is the capital of the southern zone with all the amenities of San Jose to the north.
LTD realty works with properties in the southern zone from San Isidro to Dominical beach and south to the Panama border. This area is our expertise and the area is not as over developed as some to the north.
